The November 2007 pressing continues our effort to produce the fruitiest, most fragrant oil possible. Balanced and delicate with a spicy finish, it reflects Italian varietals grown in our unique microclimate.
The 2004 pressing added another gold medal to the awards Le Colline has won at the prestigious Olive Oils of the World Competition at the Los Angeles County Fair. Previous awards include Best of Show for the 2001 pressing and Gold Medals for the 2002 and 2003 pressings.
This year's bountiful olive crop, picked at perfect ripeness, is sure to delight your palate with it's fruitiness and pungency.
